Shopping
Please order using the online shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, as well as electronic checks through PayPal. After processing your order through PayPal, your order will be prepared for shipping as soon as possible. We generally ship within 2 business days. If for some reason we cannot ship within 2 business days we will contact you via e-mail.

Sales Tax
Residents of Idaho must pay 6% Idaho sales tax. This will automatically be calculated for you as long as the shipping address you submit is located in Idaho.

Custom Orders
Please send an e-mail to wavewatcher@att.net with custom-order requests. We can discuss the item that you would like and will agree on payment arrangements. Terms are generally 50% up front and the remaining 50% at shipment.
 
Allergies
Please note that some people may have allergies to certain metals used in making jewelry.  If you have an allergy to a certain metal or metals please let us know so we can use materials that do not pose problems for any allergies that you may have.

Sales Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. No credits or price adjustments will be made on orders issued prior to a price change. Prices paid at the time of the order are final.

Returns/Exchanges
We hope that you will love your jewelry purchase, but if you don't like the piece you may return it within seven business days. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged, and unused condition. Please send an e-mail to wavewatcher@att.net to notify us of your intent to return the item so that we can make arrangements. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure the item is packaged securely and arrives safely. For this reason we recommend insuring your item. Once we receive the item back in undamaged condition we will issue a refund or exchange for the item. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. Sorry, no refunds for shipping charges.

Product Sizing
Please check product sizes of the item before purchasing to avoid returns due to size. All measurements are given in inches so that you can compare them to your favorite pieces of jewelry. If you see something that you would like in a different size, please contact us to make arrangements. We will happy to do our best to make the item you like the correct size for you.

Repairs
We hope that you will never need to repair your item, but if you do we will be happy to repair it free of charge for up to 60 days. After 60 days, if you accidentally damage or break your jewelry piece we will repair your item for a small fee dependent on the size and materials needed to repair. Please be sure to save all the pieces and components of the item. Please note that due to changing inventories some gemstones may not be available for repair. In that instance, we will do our best to find something similar. We will notify you in this case. Please contact us at wavewatcher@att.net to make arrangements for repairs. For repairs after 60 days, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

If you happen to lose an earring and would like a replacement, we would be happy to try and accommodate your request. If we can match the original gemstone and beads in the earring, we would be happy to make a replacement for half of the original purchase price for the pair. Please e-mail us at wavewatcher@att.net with your request.

Gifts & Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased on this website.  Gift certificates can be redeemed on this website as well as at any local shows we may do.

If you would like your purchase to be wrapped in a special way, please e-mail us at wavewatcher@att.net an we would be happy to accommadate your request for a small minimal fee. We will even throw in a gift card free of charge.
